Gorgeous hacienda style, sweeping beach and Pacific Ocean views from the pool, all the patios, and the entire Villa. We are located in the private, gated and guarded community of Pedregal, and only minutes from town but also only minutes to the beach! Fantastic location!

This spacious 5500 sq. ft. Villa features high ceilings, beautiful mouldings, and marble floors throughout the house. Convenient and comfortable, my house boasts an amazing pool and hot tub, a deck soaked in sunshine, a bar fridge poolside and of course a Tommy Bahama margarita machine!

The Villa is tastefully decorated, 3 King-size beds, 2 Queen-size beds and 2 Double beds, large walk in master closets, built in closets in each room, and much more. Each room has individual air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything you or a professional would need to create a gastronomic masterpiece. High end appliances are a chef's dream. We can even arrange for a chef to do the cooking for you! The Villa is equipped with local telephone and international VOIP service, Satellite TV, and wireless internet service.
